Outstanding experience - timely and quick I just leased a new Toyota Sienna from Nalley, and the process was simply outstanding. Within some twenty minutes, John Garner called me to let me know he received my request, and that he would being searching for the model. Within an hour or so, John called again to let me know he found the model that we selected, and we scheduled an appointment. The first appointment was short, in order to verify that the selected model had all the features on our wish list (it did). At this time, we were presented with what we believe was an excellent price for the Sienna, and signed off on the deal. John went to work, and had the vehicle brought in from another dealership to Nalley five days later. The final visit was smooth and quick - ideal as we brought in our three boys! John finalized details on the new car, while Mike Hecht finalized the paperwork with us. Cannot stress enough how friendly and outstanding were John and Mike. For me, the most important aspect of buying/leasing a car - price notwithstanding - is efficiency. In our day and age, this type of transaction should be smooth, and far from lengthy. Such was our experience at Nalley; having leased Toyotas for the past 12 years (from other dealers - we're currently on our fifth), this has been by far the best experience yet. More

A high line experience I went to the store not to purchase a Toyota, but to purchase a Porsche. Service is Top Notch I've taken both of my Highlanders for service to Nalley for over eight years. I've never had a problem with them. My expirence at nelley toyota I will never recommend anyone to your dealership for business, because my experience with your sales rep, the way i was treated after signing the pape I will never recommend anyone to your dealership for business, because my experience with your sales rep, the way i was treated after signing the paper work shouldn't be the way business should be conducted, i work in an organization that 90 percent of the staff's drives toyota even my ambassador's car is a toyota, its happens I'm the protocol officer/ office manager and have 100 percent influence which dealership to do purchase of our official vehicles, i thought i found one but i was absolutely wrong by the way and manners i was treated by Mr Ajanic, all the things he promised to do including detailing the car was never done, and when ask i suddenly became a crazy man all in name of asking question about the vehicle i purchases, with a sign display outside Exceptional services that i didn't get, i feel very sad and disappointed.
