Outstanding experience - timely and quick I just leased a new Toyota Sienna from Nalley, and the process was simply outstanding. I requested online a very specific and somewhat unique model a I just leased a new Toyota Sienna from Nalley, and the process was simply outstanding. I requested online a very specific and somewhat unique model and trim - the Sport Edition Premium. Within some twenty minutes, John Garner called me to let me know he received my request, and that he would being searching for the model. Within an hour or so, John called again to let me know he found the model that we selected, and we scheduled an appointment. The first appointment was short, in order to verify that the selected model had all the features on our wish list (it did). At this time, we were presented with what we believe was an excellent price for the Sienna, and signed off on the deal. John went to work, and had the vehicle brought in from another dealership to Nalley five days later. The final visit was smooth and quick - ideal as we brought in our three boys! John finalized details on the new car, while Mike Hecht finalized the paperwork with us. Cannot stress enough how friendly and outstanding were John and Mike. For me, the most important aspect of buying/leasing a car - price notwithstanding - is efficiency. In our day and age, this type of transaction should be smooth, and far from lengthy. Such was our experience at Nalley; having leased Toyotas for the past 12 years (from other dealers - we're currently on our fifth), this has been by far the best experience yet. More
