A Flim-Flam Dealership I purchased my BMW 750Li on Sept. 2nd. The engine light came on and I brought it back Friday Sept. 5th. My salesman Richard Steadman, really didn't se I purchased my BMW 750Li on Sept. 2nd. The engine light came on and I brought it back Friday Sept. 5th. My salesman Richard Steadman, really didn't seem to care at all about helping me on Sept. 5th. His only concern was that the car wasn't fixed off his commission. He told me that Nalley was not paying for it and I would have to without consulting his manager. Richard showed very poor customer service throughout my experience. After my car was received by the service dept. Jose Velasquez seemed generally interested in helping me getting the car fixed but he disappeared and did not return my calls both Monday and Tuesday. Trying to get info on my car both Monday and Tuesday, I spoke with Linda and Richard who promised to return my calls or locate Jose but I never heard from either one again. I personally had to come in from Fairburn to actually see what was going on with my car and was met by Steve Nowak who gave me the spill with my car in less than 5 minutes (48 hrs. after phone attempts). Steve stated, My car may go to the BMW Dealership tomorrow if there is an open widow which I think he secured prior to my departure. Steve definitely showed me a sense of interest and had my urgency in mind. After all of this I was very upset, confused, and disappointed. I was not upset about the car not being in my possession but the lack of communication that was relayed. I also have a "WE OWE" in writing for dealer cost for a key being made which they refuse to honor without a bunch of red tape too but now the engine light I mentioned earlier came back on and I took the car to BMW South of Union City for repairs and found out that I am about to thousands into a car that they advertised on the internet. I sent replies to the previous problems to Richard Gagliardi the General Manager and he never responded himself so I assumed he thinks he's too busy to respond to a customer. I even called Asbury Automotive Headquarters and left messages to Marita Gregory ( customer complaints) who never returned my calls also. This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever been associated with and I will never buy here again. Nalley Toyota, you got me but this is your chance to not let them get you. More

Great Experience From A Excellent Team I dealt w/t Kevin Jeffries on a 14.5 Camry SE as our deal was complicated by a trade and the need to get to a payment we had a ceiling placed on. He w I dealt w/t Kevin Jeffries on a 14.5 Camry SE as our deal was complicated by a trade and the need to get to a payment we had a ceiling placed on. He was able to make the deal happen and come in at the payment we needed. He also went above and beyond to hold the vehicle until we could work out the dwn payment and arrange travel to get the Camry as we live in North Fl. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Cust relations Mgr Bruce who treated me very well and made sure I was comfortable during the process of getting through finance and delivery of the Camry. I would also like to give Katie and Maurice who were the Sales Reps that helped me during my visit a thank you for making sure I was taken care of as well during the process. The last name to mention is Ken in finance who had to handle a circumstance that arose from the lender and jeopardized the deal but he promised to handle it which he did and he saved and preserved the deal. We were loyal customers of Atlanta Toyota but due to their negligence on this deal Nalley Toyota of Roswell is now our go to dealer as well as family/friends that I will recommend them to on their future vehicle purchases and they will get the first shot no doubt on all our future vehicles going forward. More

The CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING not to mention the huge selection of vehicles. Katie was my sales person who sold me my New Toyota Camry, and she was able to answer all my question's that fit my needs of the vehicle that I was looking for. The time spent at the dealership was REASONABLE and everyone was working DILIGENTLY. Finance was not stressful like most people tend to think. Jason, who was in Finance was VERY PROFESSIONAL and TRUSTWORTHY with the deal. Kudos to the management for having such a wonderful TEAM!!! More

Crazy salesman I buy new cars every two years for my wife and myself. I went to Nalley to look at a new full size pickup and compare it to the other full size pickups. I test drove the Tundra. After looking at the competitors, I received an email from the salesman. I replied that I had decided to drop the Toyota from consideration because of the fuel economy. The salesman replied with a weird message talking about the reliability of the published MPG data and discussing that if I wanted fuel economy then they had some cars that I should look at. A couple days later, the salesman had a woman from the dealership call me and I told her that I had decided to buy the 2014 Ram Laramie Limited ecodiesel. two days later, the salesman sent an snide email stating that he expected a the courtesy of a reply. (if your counting that would be a third time to tell them I had decided to buy a different make. I have owned Toyotas in the past. I provided a respectful reply stating my reasons for why I bought the Ram and stating that I know Toyota makes great products. He comes back with one more snide email. More
