I scheduled to come in for an oil change. No other services. It took almost 2 hours! I found the wait ridiculous. I had asked for new wiper blades -which were not done. But I was sent a list of other items to “do” while there-expensive items. Which didn’t actually need to be done at that time at all. No reason of why it was took so long or why, what i had asked for wasn’t done. Used a service coupon, they tried to ignore it and charge me full price. I had to bring it up couple of times. I can get a quicker oil change else where and wiper blades. That’s the sad fact. And there’s a recall on my vehicle which wasn’t brought to my attention either. I found out else where. More

Everything was fine. They can work a little on the handoff. Instead of pulling in the customer drop off/pick up area, they parked it in the farthest corner of the dealers They can work a little on the handoff. We had to investigate and when we found the person he walked me all the way down instead of driving it back to me at the customer service area. Could be handled a little better. More
