Great Customer Service I started off with email contact with Marc Newburg, Sales Advisor, and completed my purchase with Brandyn Clark, Finance Manager. There was a third person I spoke with named Sam?, (Sales Manager) but I didn't get his last name. All 3 were very professional, gave me all the information & details that I needed to know, provided sincere advise, & then let me decide what I wanted as part of the deal. Purchasing a new car has always been a "dread" for me but this was a really nice encounter. These 3 individuals signify the dedication to potential & actual buyers and are great representatives of this business. I would visit this dealership for future support, parts, & or services if it was not for the fact that I live too far away from them. If you want great service & a fair deal, recommend you check out this dealership. More

I have exchanged a few emails with Amanda reviewing the current inventory and what I was looking for. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a warm welcome and given a quick five-minute tour of the facility. The waiting area located around the service department offers free beverages and snacks. Our tour was followed by a test drive. Amanda patiently answered all the questions we had for her. She also made sure we are aware of the safety/ security, and the convenience features offered by the model. I have to say, I am genuinely impressed with Toyota, especially with the build quality, the styling and the rich feature set. During negations, Troy, AJ and Amanda worked tirelessly explaining different options. They were able to meet the price point we had in mind giving us a great deal! Brandyn helped us with financing. He also explained in detail all the add-on warranties offered. He pointed out the essential warranties we should consider getting and the reason why they are essential, backing claims with numbers. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the team at Nalley Toyota of Roswell making this car buying experience a very positive one for us. I highly recommend this dealership for your next Toyota purchase. More

At 43 I was having to start my life all over again from ground up. I thought that this was supposed to be a easy transition & it wasn't...from shopping for car insurance quotes to reaching out to other dealers...this process became a traumatic event...from getting a loan...etc. Kevin Smith had such compassion for me & all that I had gone through trying to make this happen on my own... There is so much of a roller coaster & credit drop of 45 points from shopping insurance and trying to get a loan from a credit union...UGH... Had I of just let Kevin Smith handle the recommendation of financing,etc... I would of saved myself so much lost time & emotion. I got an Amazing jaw dropping head spinning rate from his financing department. No one could Ever touch the service I got from Kevin Smith personally and/or his financing guy Josh R. At Nalley Toyota of Roswell... As a divorced female shopping alone he was like having my dad by my side holding my hand every step of the way. People just are not built like this anymore & I hope that this review is a review that can just touch 1 person can relate to. After an earlier poor experience at Cobb County Toyota where we explained that we were looking f The WORST vehicle shopping we have ever experienced. After an earlier poor experience at Cobb County Toyota where we explained that we were looking for a fully loaded 4x4 and he brought us a 4x2 base model to test drive, we decided to travel the 21 miles to Nalley Toyota. We arrived at 3:45 and waited for about 5 minutes before we asked the receptionist for a truck salesperson. She made a couple of calls and then said a salesperson was just wrapping up with another customer and it would be just a couple of minutes. We waited about 15 minutes and decided to go out to see the truck selection they had. She directed me to the back of the lot where the Tacoma's were and I said please send the salesperson out to the Tacoma's. We spent about 30 minutes looking and found 5 vehicles that fit what we were looking for - Four wheel drive Limited and SR5 models. They were all locked so all we could do was read the window sticker. So we walked back to the showroom and asked if there was going to be a salesperson to help us and the receptionist said, no - they are all still with other customers. We saw several salespeople waling about looking at paperwork but we could not see any people with them. We decided that these experiences were telling us that Toyota is not in our future so we are going to decide between a Ford Ranger Lariat or a GMC Canyon Denali. We will not step foot in a Toyota dealership again - very disappointing. More
