Poor experience I responded to an online posting for a used car for sale and asked about a lower price. My email was quickly responded to with a new, lower price. I f I responded to an online posting for a used car for sale and asked about a lower price. My email was quickly responded to with a new, lower price. I felt good about the price so I went to the dealership to purchase the car and was told that the price could not be honored. I was told that I was quoted an “online price”, whatever that means, because I still had to come into the dealership to buy it. I was frustrated, but still purchased the car and paid cash. I reached back out to the dealer a few days later with a problem with the car and haver eceived no response, even after multiple attempts. To make matters worse, I received a letter today stating that my loan application is denied because of lack of recent installment history. Again, I paid cash and never authorized my credit to be pulled. The whole process was unpleasant and the management team has still not bothered to follow up. More
Not the best customer experience! Purchased a 2011 Camry on Saturday March 16th 2019. Should have been a quick purchase but we were in the dealership for over 4 hours. But had to wait over 1-1/2 hours for a finance manager to finalize our paperwork. Spoke with the used car manager after waiting about an hour and then still waited. Was told that they were busy and were short staffed. Likely would have gone somewhere else if I had know that. I have purchased from all of the Toyota brands, Scion, Toyota and Lexus and have purchased over 20 cars from dealerships in my lifetime. This was by far the slowest transaction I have EVER experienced. If you want to buy a car quickly consider another dealership! More

Sales rep Brandyn has done an amazing job in explaining us the features, improved functions and the safety aspects of the Car and have helped with information to make the decision right there. After price negotiation, he has put us through the finance team and assisted us with all the procedures till car was delivered on the next day. I appreciate Brandyn for his Sales Skills coupled with customer service attitude. His positive approach and clear communication have definitely contributed in steering my decision to go with Toyota RAV4. Others staff i have met have also been quick and supportive in closing the deal. Overall i have had a good experience at Nalley and confident that this relationship continues........ More

Great people to deal with and great deals on automobiles. I went to Nalley Toyota of Roswell not to buy a car but to see a few vehicles and their features. After seeing the selection and prices I asked Lance I went to Nalley Toyota of Roswell not to buy a car but to see a few vehicles and their features. After seeing the selection and prices I asked Lance Christian if I could test drive a vehicle. My wife and I test drove a 2019 C-HR . This vehicle was everything we were looking for and Lance explained all the features the car had and answered all of our questions. We were not pressured at all and felt at ease while we were at Nalley Toyota of Roswell. My advice is to stop by and look around at this dealership. Ask for Lance Christian because this young man went above and beyond to help my wife and I . Thank you Nalley Toyota of Roswell and many thanks to Lance Christian. More
