I just totaled my explorer and spent three weeks looking for a replacement vehicle. I visited 9 auto dealerships and can't tell you how sick I became after being "Four Squared" to death!! It was at this time I was referred by a friend to Brandyn Clark at Nalley Toyota. When I met Brandyn I was told this would be the last auto dealer I would visit! Guy is overflowing with energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and ability. Reminded me of me when I was in the business. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by the folks at Nalley. I was led around and introduced to everyone by Brandyn and they all made me feel like family. Bradyn took the time to get to know me and what my needs are and said give him a little time to come up with something. True to his word, when he came back he informed me he had MY vehicle being detailed and ready for delivery!! Confidence abounds! He did a great job of discovering what I really wanted/needed, and came up with the ideal vehicle. Honestly, the entire process was unlike any I've experienced at any dealership I've ever entered!! These folks live by their mission statement, "We're not satisfied until you are!" They went above and beyond to make me happy and make sure every single detail was performed flawlessly. Awesome Experience! I custom ordered a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO in the middle of December. It took about a month and a half for the vehicle to be delivered. It wasn't I custom ordered a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO in the middle of December. It took about a month and a half for the vehicle to be delivered. It wasn't delivered until the same day we drove to the dealership to pick it up, which resulted in a slight delay driving the vehicle home. However, everybody was incredibly apologetic and kept us in the loop while we waited. The 4Runner is an amazing vehicle and I'm incredibly glad I decided to purchase the vehicle at Nalley Toyota of Roswell. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anybody in the market for a Toyota. Our sales associate was Brandyn Clark, and he was absolutely amazing. He kept us updated at all times as to the progress of when the vehicle would be ready while we were at the dealership, and was very friendly and easy to work with.
