I was very specific with what we wanted, Highlander Hybrid, in white with gray or beige interior. There were a grand total of 3 in the entire SE. Ken, after many calls, was able to finally secure the exact vehicle we were looking for. The price was terrific, but the service was fantastic. He even arranged for me to get a loaner before the other car was even in to purchase. More
Malik excellent - everyone else just ok -Malik was excellent. Very sincere, never pushy, etc....we had a good line of communication throughout the transaction and he was great. -After h -Malik was excellent. Very sincere, never pushy, etc....we had a good line of communication throughout the transaction and he was great. -After having a great initial meeting with Malik, discussing process from my end, etc.....receiving an email from the GM of the dealership a few hours later saying "I heard you left without getting a deal done.....what can we do".....while well intended was NOT NECESSARY and overkill that gives your industry a bad reputation. -The Sales Manager called me then a few hours later asking "what can we do" and was pushy....despite Malik and I having a well laid out plan. That pushiness was unecessary. Malik and I had laid out a good plan and map. -Never did I indicate I would purchase a car within 24 hours but did indicate it would be fairly soon....so the "what can we do to get this today" was unnecessary and irritating. Minus Malik I felt pushed unnecessarily....almost thought about buying at another Toyota car lot but did not want Malik punished for others poor work and unecessary pushiness. Malik again excellent, everyone else average at best. More

I thought he was very knowledgeble and worked with me to make the best decision. I decided to go on and buy the new vehicle and knew it was not on the lot but should be arriving within a few days with my color choice and all the options I wanted. More
Excellent experience! I was returning a lease and was referred to Richard. He was very helpful in explaining the process and offered to work with me to find a new vehicle. I ended up keeping the car a few additional months. Richard would consistently follow up with me without being pushy. When I finally turned the car in he worked out a g great deal on the exact car I wanted. His sales manager supported him 100%. If you want a pleasurable car buying experience, do yourself a favor and ask for Richard Wong. DT More
