Good overall although some hurdles along the way When I first walked stating I wanted to get my car appraised for a possible trade in, I was immediately sent to the building next door with a point o When I first walked stating I wanted to get my car appraised for a possible trade in, I was immediately sent to the building next door with a point of a finger. Did not feel welcomed. I drove to use car building and the person that approached me next listened to me, started to refer me next door but saw my face and said no worries and he would take care of me! He did ! Kuddos to Jean Carlos Gonzalez because he saved a sale for your dealership. Financing: Very professional and knowledgeable. I am however disappointed in two things I find dishonest. I traded in my car, not because I was not happy with it or because it was old. I traded my car because I put a lot of miles on it. So when I was sold the extended warranty it was on the emphasis of 10 years, not 100,000 miles. With that said, I will be cancelling as it truly serves me no purpose. 2nd 70 month financing is what I requested. Somewhere in the process, it was changed to 75 months. Shame on me for not catching it but shame on you for changing it without my knowledge. I typically bring in my own financing but I had decided to give Toyota a chance. This is my 3rd Rav 4! So Thank you to Mr. Gonzalez who made this experience good for me. More

Mispelled Name on Title and No Referral received. I was referred by someone to purchase a Toyota Camry, the purchasing part went smoothly other than the fact that they did not get the person who refer I was referred by someone to purchase a Toyota Camry, the purchasing part went smoothly other than the fact that they did not get the person who referred me the $100. They also spelled my name wrong on the Title/Registeration and promised to reimburse me the amount I paid to the tag office, but after many chances just gave up after they ghosted me. More
