When I called and asked for a quote, the Internet Desk sales team responded promptly with price quote for exact specs i have asked. Reid Horne is the sales associate at Nalley Totata helped us in the purchase. Reid is very outstanding in receiving customers, communication and presentation of the vehicle. Great Experience, Great SUV, Great Sales & Finance We were torn between getting a Jeep Wrangler, Ford Explorer or Toyota 4Runner - 2 of the 3 were extremely nice SUV's with comparable prices and high d We were torn between getting a Jeep Wrangler, Ford Explorer or Toyota 4Runner - 2 of the 3 were extremely nice SUV's with comparable prices and high depreciation values. The dealerships were under and mile apart and I was leaning toward the Jeep. I meet with them both and the Service and attention that Annette Wiggins gave us was exceptional. The Jeep dealership didn't compare at all. Our signing and finance experience was also great working with Nigel McKenzie. The team was excellent and I know I made the right decision. More
I am unhappy of my own mistake What started started as a truly awesome experience at the dealership lasted for just one day after my purchase. Me and my friend both wanted to ge What started started as a truly awesome experience at the dealership lasted for just one day after my purchase. Me and my friend both wanted to get 2 RAV4s and Nalley seemed to provide a good quote and experience. I completed my purchase right away and since my friend couldn't get his desired color on time at the dealership, we visited Autonation Toyota at mall of Georgia. They provided a far better quote($15 less per month on the same 36 month lease). I knew there was not much Nalley can do for me because I had closed my deal. However, hoping that Nalley would understand seeing the quote and at least offer some service/maintenance perks. I truly believe, this wouldn't have cost them much (cost of 2 services as Toyota already covers rest of services by default on a new vehicle lease) With this conversation, my friend went ahead and purchased the vehicle. Nalley insisted that autonation's quote would change when closing through hidden cost. However, nothing like that came up. instead an extra warranty coverage was added to sweeten the deal further. No matter how small the perk was, if offered, they would have earned my customer loyalty for life. In my perspective, that would have been going an extra mile to keep a customer happy. Bottom line, I cannot say I am impressed to be a return customer or refer them to any of my friends. More
Awesome Experience!!! I had to trade in my 2013 BMW 740LXi and 2014 Toyota Camry for the new 2018 Toyota Camry, but needed help decided on the trip and engine size. Reid wa I had to trade in my 2013 BMW 740LXi and 2014 Toyota Camry for the new 2018 Toyota Camry, but needed help decided on the trip and engine size. Reid was patient and helped me test drive the XSE 4 cylinder and V6 vehicles. He was kind enough to point out the feature differences, that facilitated my decision. The entire team was also patient in trade in evaluations, making sure I was heard and understood. They surely went beyond the call of duty to facilitate what is usually a difficult process. Great job guys for making the experience awesome! More
