We walked onto the lot looking for a used vehicle but opted to look at a new one for fun. Literally JUST for fun. Annette approached us and was very friendly. She introduced us to the sales manager Josh who was also very helpful and knowledgeable. We were given numbers at our request, we were shown many vehicles with different options and all with NO PRESSURE! It was like having a conversation with a new friend about a car. In the end I got all the features I wanted and my husband got the price he was happy with. We could not be happier with our vehicle and overall buying experience at Nalley of Roswell. We wll definitely recommend the dealership and both Annette and Josh. More
Purchased a Toyota Highlander Nalley Toyota was very easy to do business with. Stacey Lowery was our sales associate and he showed us the vehicle we were interested in and took us Nalley Toyota was very easy to do business with. Stacey Lowery was our sales associate and he showed us the vehicle we were interested in and took us for a test drive. We asked for a price and he gave us a written OTD offer with no pressure at all. After a few days of comparing prices with other dealers, Nalley offered the best price, so we went back for a second visit and test drive. We negotiated a very good OTD price, again with little pressure at all. Once we purchased, Stacey completed our paperwork and the time we spent with the title/warranty department (Tim) was minimal and also very low pressure and cordial. We took delivery a couple of days later and Stacey spent time with us explaining the features of our Highlander in detail and set up our phones and navigation. This was a very good buying experience with excellent, friendly customer service. More

Nigel and Brandon worked diligently and effectively to get me to my desired payment. Everyone was extremely honest and I appreciate them, tremendously. Devonta Reese was a pleasure to work with from our initial meeting at Roswell Toyota; he systematically answered all of our questions, even to the point of making sure of the model with options we had researched. From the visit, to calls, to texts, he supported our needs and questions, always remaining positive that his dealership could help us. We met Josh, the sales manager as well, and were impressed with his first offer on this vehicle. Both were very accommodating and helpful to our son since this was his first new car experience; they made sure he got all of his questions answered with demonstrations and a great test-drive experience. Further research and a visit to another Toyota dealer who had the same car, then back to the Roswell Toyota where we couldn't say no to their offer including excellent financing, maintenance thrown in and an excellent price; they never tried to make me feel bad for doing research and getting the best price. I have to admit that I was very impressed, after years of haggling with other dealerships, how easy and friendly Roswell Toyota made it for us to purchase a new car from them. We are looking forward to years of excellent service as well, from what we have seen so far. More

Most dealers provided, initial, vague responses or merely provided prices that were already available on the Internet. Nalley, and our Advisor, Stacey, provided us with models that fit our request, with pricing and options clearly stated. There was one other dealer that did this, too, out of probably 7-8. However, Stacey worked with us, was flexible and VERY patient as we looked at other models, colors, etc. He was a pleasure to work with, as well as the other members of the staff. Be prepared, do your homework, and that eliminates the majority of the confusion with the process. We had a very good idea of value and options, and Stacey ensured we got what we wanted at competitive price. More
