My experience was exceptional! Mark and Nicole were great! Indifference from the used sales manager We bought a used Toyota Prius; however, we will never buy from this dealership again. We asked the sales associate how close he could get to 18000. Th We bought a used Toyota Prius; however, we will never buy from this dealership again. We asked the sales associate how close he could get to 18000. This was $1,500 less than the vehicle was listed. The sales associated took our request to the used car mgr to review our request. He brought the invoice back with something scribbled on it. Basically, screw you, take it as is or forget it. It was obvious the sales manager did not want to sell the car to us. I can only promise we will tell everyone we know not to buy a car from this dealership. We will post on social media explaining to friends and family not to buy from this dealership. Buying a care is a difficult experience but this was awful. More
