Devonta Reese was a pleasure to work with from our initial meeting at Roswell Toyota; he systematically answered all of our questions, even to the point of making sure of the model with options we had researched. From the visit, to calls, to texts, he supported our needs and questions, always remaining positive that his dealership could help us. We met Josh, the sales manager as well, and were impressed with his first offer on this vehicle. Both were very accommodating and helpful to our son since this was his first new car experience; they made sure he got all of his questions answered with demonstrations and a great test-drive experience. Further research and a visit to another Toyota dealer who had the same car, then back to the Roswell Toyota where we couldn't say no to their offer including excellent financing, maintenance thrown in and an excellent price; they never tried to make me feel bad for doing research and getting the best price. I have to admit that I was very impressed, after years of haggling with other dealerships, how easy and friendly Roswell Toyota made it for us to purchase a new car from them. We are looking forward to years of excellent service as well, from what we have seen so far. More

Nalley, and our Advisor, Stacey, provided us with models that fit our request, with pricing and options clearly stated. There was one other dealer that did this, too, out of probably 7-8. However, Stacey worked with us, was flexible and VERY patient as we looked at other models, colors, etc. He was a pleasure to work with, as well as the other members of the staff. Be prepared, do your homework, and that eliminates the majority of the confusion with the process. We had a very good idea of value and options, and Stacey ensured we got what we wanted at competitive price. More
