False advertising We made a trip here today based on a listing from Auto Trader. We also spoke to them on the phone about the vehicle before we made the 1.5 hour drive. We made a trip here today based on a listing from Auto Trader. We also spoke to them on the phone about the vehicle before we made the 1.5 hour drive. We drove the truck and everything was great until they wouldn't honor the auto trader listed price. The online description clearly states "New price!" Followed by all the dealer installed options. The disclaimer states nothing about dealer installed options not being included in the price. Our salesman printed the add out and took it to his sales manager who sent him back with a completely different price saying the dealer installed options were not included! They also tried to charge a dealer service fee that was supposed to be included based on the add. False/terrible advertising. Wish I had option to post the add. We've had great experiences at Marietta, North Ga, Cherokee County Toyota, and Town Center Nissan. We will never step foot at this dealership again. More

Great Dealership We came in to Nalley Toyota to look at the RAV4 and Camry. Kebba greeted us right away when we walked in the door and patiently worked with us for > 5 We came in to Nalley Toyota to look at the RAV4 and Camry. Kebba greeted us right away when we walked in the door and patiently worked with us for > 5 hours. We ended up driving several vehicles and decided that the RAV4 was the right one for us. Kebba was never pushy or aggressive and was happy to work with us on pricing and financing. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would definitely buy our next car from Kebba! More
