Second thing I liked about him was how he handle the questions we asked and was very knowledgeable on the vehicles that we were interested in buying. Last thing he went over all the paper work with both of us and even talked about the service that we can look forward to with Nalley Toyota of Roswell Ga. We have bought another vehicle through this dealer and will be back to by our next one because off people like Kebba. More

Alisha McCoy is the Best Sales Woman! Alisha was so helpful in addressing my needs as a customer, including the many phone calls with my wife who could not make it to the dealership since Alisha was so helpful in addressing my needs as a customer, including the many phone calls with my wife who could not make it to the dealership since one of the kids was home sick. Alisha stuck with me all day, treated me feel like a long lost friend, she made sure I had everything I needed, and after my lunchtime came and went SHE made sure I got to eat lunch. Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! On 12/9/2017 we bought a 2018 Rav4 Platinum. They advised to come back to get the tints/auto starter installed. On 12/15/2017 I notice the left side f On 12/9/2017 we bought a 2018 Rav4 Platinum. They advised to come back to get the tints/auto starter installed. On 12/15/2017 I notice the left side front quarter panel trim, the rear left quater panel trim coming off the car and a weird clicking sound from the breaks. I call in, they say bring it in so they can take a look. I make it very clear that I want 25% tints and inform them of these issues. I don’t hear anything from them. So I call on 12/17/2017 and they say that someone should have called me, that’s its ready. On 12/18/2017 I go pick up the car and they say that “you must have hit something because there were some abrasions on the bottom of the car, say they were not able to put the 25% tints on my car, but fixed the side quarter panels.” 1. I have a 2013 Rav4 Limited and hit a lot of stuff over the years. The side quater panels NEVER came off. 2. If you can’t put what I want on the car, why are you making me pay $299.00 for tints (for the front two windows)? Now I have to pay to get them taken off and pay for the right ones to be installed. 3. The break still has the clicking sound. You drop almost $39,000.00 on a brand new vehicle from a recommended dealer and you don’t expect these kinds of problems. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. I should have never even walked in. Stay away and buy somewhere else. More
