Regardless of whether I’m there for an oil change/basic service, new tires or some sort of repair, Grant always takes the time to make sure the work is completed timely, correctly and economically. If I need a ride home to wait on repairs I can count on Mac for a pleasant ride! More

Don't Trust That They Will Do Warranty Repairs We've owned Toyota vehicles for over 30 years. We take exceptional care of them and they have all performed well for us. We have religiously utilize We've owned Toyota vehicles for over 30 years. We take exceptional care of them and they have all performed well for us. We have religiously utilized Toyota dealer service centers every 5000 miles to keep our vehicles operating as the manufacturer intended. We are aware that we pay a premium by using the dealer throughout the life of our vehicles, but have always felt that the extra expense was added value because we trusted our dealer to take care of our vehicles to Toyota standards, Until our most recent servicing, we have placed our faith in the Toyota dealer service centers working to meet the needs of the vehicles and their customers utilizing those vehicles. Our most recent visit to Nalley Toyota has broken that trust! We recently visited the Nalley Toyota Service Center with our 4-Runner for scheduled servicing. The car is immaculately cared for. It's only short-coming is a cracked dash that Toyota recognized as a manufacturing defect and offered a warrantied replacement. We received at least 3 mailing from Toyota over the years telling us to work with a Toyota service center to get the dash replaced. Every 5000 miles we visited Nalley for servicing, often with the actual warranty paperwork in hand, requesting that the dash be replaced. Each time, the service representative acknowledged our request and told us that there was a long list of people waiting for the replacement and the parts were back ordered. Hearing that the acknowledgement of our request and that Nalley was working to resolve the issue was all that we needed to hear. However, this visit, we were told that the warranty period had expired and we had missed it. When asked how that could be, they said they had no record of any requests. It's now obvious to us that Nalley Toyota never had any intention of performing the warranty work. Considering the number of requests we've made over the years, to many different Nalley Service Representatives, and that not a single one of the requests were ever recorded, it's clear to us that they instructed their service representatives to ignore these requests. We can only assume that there was not enough profit on this warranty work, so they actively avoided it. Knowing now how they actively avoided performing this warranty work raises concern that they might be doing this with other warranty or recall work that Toyota recommends. Our trust in Nalley Toyota has been gravely broken. Nalley recommended that we contact Toyota Corporate, which we did. They of course said that the problem was a Nalley issue and provided us with a contact there to reach out to (Rosa Christina Stewart). We tried to contact her, but not surprisingly, she has not returned our call. More

Flexible and very accommodating I've been a customer of Nalley Toyota since 2010 when we purchased our first Prius. Because of Nalley Toyota's excellent service department we are loyal customers and will first look to buy from Nalley first. We came in looking to buy a certified used SUV and ended up buying a new 2018 RAV4. Cody O'dell and Vance Fite spent hours with my wife and I over several visits and patiently taking us around the property to look at different vehicles. Vance and Cody new the product features well. None of the staff were pushy. Once we decided on the new RAV4, Josh Jones was very accommodating in fairly valuing our trade-in and offering a very competitive price. Thanks to everyone involved! Very Patient and Never Pushed My husband and I went in to look at used (possibly new) RAV4's to replace an old Rogue. We just wanted to look and were not planning on buying anythin My husband and I went in to look at used (possibly new) RAV4's to replace an old Rogue. We just wanted to look and were not planning on buying anything that day, but our Sales Associate, Kebba, was able to find us the perfect car without ever going outside our price range, AND we were actually able to get a new 2018! He went above and beyond to make sure he only pulled cars that were right for us, and never once tried to up-sell us on something we didn't want/need/couldn't afford. I spent a LOT of time trying to make a final decision, because I didn't think we would buy that day, and he was patient the whole time. Overall it was a great buying experience, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. More

He also followed up with me. I knew what I wanted and my budget. Devonta and Toyota of Roswell was able to deliver and close the deal. I traded a 2004 Lexus GS300 with 307,743 miles on it. I was impressed with the customer service and no hassle buying process. Thank you Toyota of Roswell and Devonta. I am the new proud owner of a certified 2015 Avalon Limited with less tha 16,000 miles. Thank you Jesus. More
