On Long Island it would take 2 weeks just to get a service appointment. Nalley we can get same day appointments. We tend to look at new cars while we wait for our service and Sales rep Chandra Mayo helped us find a newer version of our car with a longer warranty term.....she was so knowledgable about the new features and easy to work with we upgraded right then!
