After several months of searching for a vehicle I found one that fit what I was looking for online at Nalley and I traveled to the dealership from Tennessee to Georgia for a test drive. I was not 100% certain that I would buy that day, however, Danny efficiently called me after I made my inquiry online, was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle, and answered all of my questions so I felt comfortable making a decision. Throughout the process he was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Purchasing a vehicle is never a light decision to make and I thank Danny and team for making the entire process easy. More
Wow what a pleasure! I recently purchased a Camry XLE from AJ Pickett and Matthew Cohen as well as Mike Hecht in the finance office. I wanted to take the time to let you I recently purchased a Camry XLE from AJ Pickett and Matthew Cohen as well as Mike Hecht in the finance office. I wanted to take the time to let you know what a fabulous experience purchasing my new Camry at Nalley. A little back ground first. The last 2 vehicles were Camry’s both which have been worry free except for my 2007 which had an oil consumption problem, but your service department helped me with that and put a new engine in the car earlier this year. Needless to say I am a fan of Toyota and I do love a Camry. The past 2 times I purchased a car, I settled for something I really didn’t want to get to the purchase price I wanted. Don’t get me wrong I loved both but they were not my truly what I wanted. So this time I decided I wasn’t going to just settle, I was going to get what I really wanted. Let me tell you I got so much more than I ever thought and it is completely because of your fanatic team. I set out to buy a Black Camry XLE with Leather seats that were heated maybe a navigation system if it was available. I sent 8 emails to various Toyota dealers through out the Metro area including the dealer that I purchased the last 2 vehicles from. I asked for an email with the information about any vehicle that would meet my requirements. The first to respond was AJ, we corresponded about what my likes and needs were, between he and Matthew they sent me a quote that in my mind a fair price. I ask for an out the door price and that is what I got. I also received a wide variety of quotes from all the other dealers some within in the price range I thought was fair, but something would always be missing whether it was the color, the leather seats or it wasn’t an XLE. I received some that were literally the same exact vehicle I had the VIN and it was the same. One was $4000 over the price and it wasn’t a drive out price for the same car, sadly it was from where my other 2 cars were purchased and because they were not fair, and they were extremely slow responding not to mention I felt like they didn’t think I knew what I was doing they lost my business immediately. The others that couldn’t seem to grasp what I was looking for lost my business. There were 2 other dealers that were in line with the vehicle and the price, Nalley wasn’t the lowest price I received however AJ and Matthew were by far the most responsive, totally honest, and customer service was so much better than the others I decided they were who I wanted to do business with. The experience was a pleasure. Mike in finance was helpful, friendly, and professional. The vehicle is beautiful and far more than I ever expected. My first Camry they called the Gramry because it is champagne color and my son says it’s a Grandma color. My second Camry they called the Mamry because it was the Mom car and my new one they call the Glamry because it is Glamorous! Thank you to AJ, Matthew, Mike and your entire team that made it possible for me to have the vehicle I have wanted for years. I look forward to the years ahead and a great working relationship with Nalley. I will recommend your dealership to everyone I know and you will have my business for a long time. It’s worth noting that my family is in the retail business and customer service is important, the people you have working for you are the most important people you have because they are the ones can make or break your business. You have a great team. More

Highlander purchase Mr Will Ruff provided excellent service on our new highlander purchase. He was detail oriented and extremely polite. We also got great customer service from the sales manager A.J. who referred us to Mr. Ruff. However, we were not satisfied with the financing. Nalley did not accept our bank draft which forced us to use dealer financing. This is a huge inconvenience. Had we known that this was the case we would have waited to have an actual check from our bank to go to th dealership. The dealership should be upfront by telling customers which banks they have a relationship with and that they would not consider drafts from other banks. It was really stupid to force a customer to go from 1.75% APR approval to crappy 3.45% APR because you want to force dealer financing. Enough venting! We were satisfied with our purchase but you ought to expand your customer's opportunity to use their own bank financing. More

The free snacks and soft drinks were welcome, and helped create an warm comfortable atmosphere. Our salesperson Mr. Bajwa spent quite a lot of time with us, providing us with useful information, without using any high pressure tactics. Because we were so comfortable with him, we decided to go through with the Camry purchase with him, instead of first visiting another dealership that day, as we had been planning to do. At the time we were ready to leave with the new Camry, Saad emphasized his availability to us at any time with any questions we might have about the car, and his warm, genuine invitation left us with very positive feelings about the whole experience. Brandon Murray was remarkably patient and effective in providing my husband with clear explanations of a number of details about the leasing process. Mike Hecht was engaging and efficient. We will definitely go back to Nalley Toyota Roswell for our next car purchase. More

Tyler met us as promised and let us know what was on the lot. Nalley did not have what we were looking for in its current inventory. Rather than trying to convince us to buy something that was not exactly what we wanted, Tyler searched the Southeast to see if he could find it. He did. The purchase was easy. Unlike other dealerships, Tyler and Nalley provided a good initial discount off the sticker price to start. It really cut down on the time we spent in negotiations. Our counter was accepted and it was easy and from there. The 4Runner was delivered to us the next day. Mike Hecht made the "dreaded" financing and upsale process painless and, I hate to say it, fun. Tyler and Mike took great care of us. More
