Very satisfied service from beginning to the end. Felipe Iglesias greeted us in a very friendly manner. He asked us what we were looking for and I said we had read a report that highly rated the 2017 Felipe Iglesias greeted us in a very friendly manner. He asked us what we were looking for and I said we had read a report that highly rated the 2017 Prius. We were currently driving a Nissan Leaf. He took us for a test drive and I drove (husband) wanting to be sure this was right for my wife. Then we talked numbers. I wanted the monthly lease payment to be near what I was paying for the Leaf. We found that would work if I put $2,000 down. At that point he found the Prius 2 that we wanted on the lot (we didn't want NAV) and found the very one we wanted (right color). This time I asked my wife to drive it. We were both very pleased. Our deal included getting leather and the "car coming near warning light", and he made the appointment for the "subcontactor" to come and get the car the next day. In a couple of days the car was ready and we drove it out. All was done very professionally. On the day Felipe handed us the keys, we asked him to program my wife's i-phone with the car's blue tooth program, and he readily did it for her. Very impressed. More

Awesomeness I went to Toyota on 11/27/16 to turn in my vehicle as it was nearing the end of my lease. Needless to say I walked out of there with a new 2017 car w I went to Toyota on 11/27/16 to turn in my vehicle as it was nearing the end of my lease. Needless to say I walked out of there with a new 2017 car with the same car payment as before. My sales rep, Richard Wong, was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and worked with me to make sure I got the best deal, answered what few questions I had and even helped me clear out my old car. The customer service rep Amanda who sealed the deal via paperwork was awesome as well. As long as they keep this up I will continue to lease my vehicles from this location. I had an overall great experience and I am a very satisfied customer!!! See you in 3 years for my next lease! More
