We found my dream car online on Nalley VW. But when we went there in person, they got huge lot here. Silvia Eagan is the best sales rep, she sent me email super courtseous in person. She helped us in and out to go through the entire process. She helped us in all the ways. She's best sales agent! Although the car has i guess loose wiring for the speakers, it works sometimes and other times it doesn't. I already informed Sylvia, I am hoping to go there and get it fixed soon. I think service center at Nalley Volkswagen will resolve my issue soon. More

Volkswagen car quality is a big concern . I don’t know how the CEO of the HQ and the president of NA company feel their quality. Definitely , they did not do great job on the team managemen I don’t know how the CEO of the HQ and the president of NA company feel their quality. Definitely , they did not do great job on the team management, the quality manager of production line and component control should be trained immediately. The GM of plant need to learn from other vehicle manufacturers. Like Toyota, Honda , Hyundai etc . I can image the Volkswagen company will lose more and more market share until end its life. They need new quality mangers of the factory and material supply department, but more important that they need a culture, quality management culture. This was the easiest purchase I ever made which I completed by telephone and finished up in the sales room and by chance I ended up with the area manager of finance and he was amazing. I never felt pressured into any part of the process of purchasing a new car at Nalley VW. I drove an hour just to do business with the dealership once again.Nalley is a name to be trusted. I took my car to Nalley for routine oils change and service. The very next day my check engine light came on. After contacting Nalley they took my car back and for two weeks kept giving me excuse after service. The very next day my check engine light came on. After contacting Nalley they took my car back and for two weeks kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why my car continued to be in their service but never an answer as to what they had done to cause my check engine light to be on. Two weeks and the light is off but I was never given any reason why. I had to call and text multiple times and beg for updates. I was never given any update without multiple calls and messages. Nalley service has exceptionally poor communication. The final straw is that upon receiving my car back two weeks later it was filthy. The outside was very dirty and the interior had multiple greasy hand prints on the leather doors, seats and glove compartment. There was also a muddy foot print on the lower door. I have had to message multiple times to get my car cleaned as I refuse to accept greasy hand prints on my leather interior. To say that Nalley VW service has broken my 20 years brand loyalty is an understatement. More
