Great service throughout the process, in finding a brand new and limited availability VW. Could not have been happier with the services from sales through to financing. The dealership treats customers with respect and at least in my experience there was no pressure. The Salesperson I worked with, Tom, was knowledgeable on the behavior and performance of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Most importantly, I felt that Tom played the role of a fiduciary in the transaction, which was a key point in my decision to buy from this dealership. Tom went above and beyond, even checking on my service warranty with the service department to confirm everything! I would definitely buy again from Nalley VW! More

Not satisfied with the service. I took my car to the nalley Volkswagen at roswell and get the brakes changed. They originally told me it would cost $900 with a 15% discount, and I agreed based on that. But after the work was done, they said they weren’t applying the discount anymore and I had to pay the full price. If I had known that upfront, I never would’ve agreed to the service. They also told me it would only take 2 hours, but I ended up waiting over 6 hours. The whole process was frustrating and way more expensive than expected. Just a heads up when Nalley says they're giving you a guarantee or a deal, don't take it at face value. They charged me about 4 times more than what other shops quoted me for the same work. Be careful and get everything in writing before you agree to anything. More

We leased the top of the line VW Atlas from Nalley VW in April of this year (2024). After our test drive, I noticed the stitching in the front passenger seat was coming loose pretty significantly, and the dealership assured me that it will get repaired as soon as possible. We decided to take possession of the vehicle knowing that we’ll just take back in for a quick fix within a few weeks. I did take the vehicle back in the following weeks, and the recommendation was to get the seat cover replaced. It took 11 months and countless follow ups to get Nalley VW to replace the seat cover. The lack of service at this VW dealership and the poor quality of what is a $50K vehicle has been disappointing. More
