I am extremely frustrated with Nalley VW. I have brought my daughter’s vehicle there twice in the last four months, and both times new issues appeared within a day that were either not identi I have brought my daughter’s vehicle there twice in the last four months, and both times new issues appeared within a day that were either not identified or not properly repaired during the service visit. Currently, the vehicle is back at Nalley VW for a sensor issue that began immediately after a recent oil change. It has now been there for three days, and I have received no call back or update on the status. This lack of communication is unacceptable. There should not be such a long delay in providing basic feedback, especially considering the vehicle was just serviced on December 30, 2026, for the oil change. At this point, I am very disappointed by both the quality of service and the lack of follow-up communication. More

We found my dream car online on Nalley VW. But when we went there in person, they got huge lot here. Silvia Eagan is the best sales rep, she sent me email super courtseous in person. Although the car has i guess loose wiring for the speakers, it works sometimes and other times it doesn't. I already informed Sylvia, I am hoping to go there and get it fixed soon. I think service center at Nalley Volkswagen will resolve my issue soon. More
