Great customer service! I just moved here from good ol Jacksonville, Florida. I was in need of a new vehicle and some of my family members recently bought a car from Tom at your dealership. They loved the guy and thought they got a good deal so of course, I went to go see him. He was very laid back, yet very professional. I didn't feel intimidated with my lack of knowledge and I also didn't feel that I was getting scammed out of extra money. This guy seems like a great asset to your dealership and I will be back in two years to get another vehicle from him. (I have a habit of totaling my car every other December, not my fault). Unfortunately, I had been in an accident and the car was a total loss, so she found me another one that I love even more than the first two I had. She has followed up with me every step of the way. In fact, everyone at Nalley has been helpful, but Silva is my "go-to" person. Her kindness and understanding has gone a long way to helping me with the process of finding a great car. My father drove VW Beetles many years ago and I guess I am keeping up the tradition! Silva is truly a treasure to Nalley and they are LUCKY to have her as a sales person.
