After an over 5 hour wait for just an oil change nothing more. When I approached the service rep who was helping me originally to ask to pay for my service because I only had my phone with me and the batter more. When I approached the service rep who was helping me originally to ask to pay for my service because I only had my phone with me and the battery was about to die and I needed to use Apple Pay to pay for the service….she snapped at me that I didn’t need to “pay her” anything for it and it was almost ready. She told me she put my keys in the car and then refused to even give me my paperwork. I had to get a different service rep to get that for me and my keys were not in my car she had them on her desk so he gave me those. I asked to him to have the service manager call me the next day. I’ve been a customer for 11 years and was never treated that rudely like I was by Dijonay. I was told that Shawhib would call me the next day but of course that never happened. I don’t recommend them and I’m very disappointed that I was treated like that. I’ll be buying cars and getting service from Jim Ellis or VW of Marietta in the future More
