We are so pleased with our experience with Nalley VW of Alpharetta. Our most recent purchase is our third VW since 2006, and is by far our best experience. Tom Finnick did an excellent job walking us throu Alpharetta. Our most recent purchase is our third VW since 2006, and is by far our best experience. Tom Finnick did an excellent job walking us through the process and educating us on our opportunities to trade our Tiguan for the Atlas we purchased. Furthermore, Tom pulled in other members of the team including John Prattes (JP), Suirg, and Carlos. The deal was very fair and a win-win! We will be back again based on this great experience. More

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER. The lead with bait and switch. They post Certified Pre-Owned Window stickers, license plates and even on internet auto search boards and then when you are ready to purchase, claim They post Certified Pre-Owned Window stickers, license plates and even on internet auto search boards and then when you are ready to purchase, claim the car is not certified pre-owned and I would have to pay for the warranty on the vehicle. The same warranty that they advertised that came with the new car. Bait and switch, DO NOT TRUST. More
