Poor Customer Service On Thursday, 12/10, I went online to set up an appointment for an oil change for my 2015 TLX. I was intercepted by a chat agent who I asked for pric On Thursday, 12/10, I went online to set up an appointment for an oil change for my 2015 TLX. I was intercepted by a chat agent who I asked for pricing for an oil change. He put me on hold five minutes and when he came back he said he didn’t have that info and took my email and phone number saying he would get right back to me. Before ending the chat I asked what appointments were available , since I was driving to Ft Lauderdale the next day and want the oil changed before the drive. He said he did not have that info either but would get right back to me. As of today, 12/16, I have still never receive a return call from him. I called service directly and made an appointment for today at 1 PM. I assumed it would be like the Infinity dealer where I dropped my car off and a loaner was waiting. This was not the case. When I got there I was sent inside to see Chris Bargnesi. I told his about my poor experience with the chat rep. He seem pretty disinterested, and said they are a third party and he has had others complain about them. He had me sign some paper work and said I should have a seat. I asked how long it would take and he said about an hour and fifteen minutes . I asked about a loner and he look puzzled and said, ‘if I needed one he could see what he could arrange.” I told him never mind that I would walk home and asked if he would call me when the car was ready. He said sure at which point I left. Bottom line is that this experience was nothing like my experience with the Infinity dealer. That service department actually made customers feel as if they cared about the experience each customer had with them! I find the Acura and Infinity to be very similar cars. Both are high quality cars and good values . Given that , the main distinction between the two is the dealership and the Infinity services department is a quantum leap beyond yours. I am writing this in the hope that it might cause you to improve your service department even though I doubt I will ever use it again for anything other than a car wash. Paying a premium price for lackluster customer service makes no sense. More

I recently had an unusually challenging situation with my 2009 Acura TSX. Through detailed analysis by Shane Duhaime and his service department team, they were able to identify and resolve this problem, which involved significant adjustments to my engine and other mechanical systems. Throughout the process, Shane and his service consultants maintained a helpful and professional approach in addressing and ultimately repairing my vehicle. They truly made me feel like a valued customer and I am happy to refer them every chance I get! More

We just moved to Florida and needed a 2nd vehicle. We did look at the Ford Mustang, but when we saw all the bells and whistles on the TLX we knew which car to purchase. Michael was extremely helpful and very friendly. He was even going to follow us home so we could give him the check for the purchase. I recommend Acura of Naples to anyone who is looking to purchase an Acura. More

The whole transaction was don in a courteous, professional manner with excellent pricing. I then had a trailer hitch installed an Norm made the arrangements for that as well. The service department accomplished the task on a timely basis and provided a loaner while our MDX was in the shop for the day. More

After 7 years, I will not return I have had my acuras serviced at Naples Acura for the past 7 years. When it was Germain Acura we got great service and knew the advisors who worked there. Ever since it was bought out, there are new advisors there almost every time we have our car serviced. The problem is that the service level keeps dropping but the price keeps going up. After having my wife wait for two hours so that they could wash the car (they told her 20 minutes) and consistently having them drum up $1000-$2000 dollar bills for mostly routine maintenance work for the past 2 years, I've had enough. It's costing more to maintain then to pay the car payment! They will no longer get my business. If you go, beware of all the add-one they want to do. Almost every time I go they want to replace my wiper blades even when they did it last service 4 months prior (until you point it out - then the wiper blades only need cleaning." I'm sure there is a good reason why they stopped using a third party service rater - I used to get calls from an outside company about the service performed but they stopped doing that a while back. More

He kept in close contact with me as i had asked and called often with any developments so there would be no surprises and when I got the car back it was cleaner than ever and car felt like a brand new car when it was done. He was stellar. He went to bat for me for more than a few days to do right by me. I would recommend Naples acura to anyone just because of steve. More
Buying the car was a great experience. Having the car in and out of service since I bought it has not. I will take it to be worked on with mechanics who are use to mechanical issues on cars. Very unhappy with the service department due to this re-occurring problem not being resolved. They tried and I give them an A for effort but they did not fix it and logically after a few times being there, they say the car is fine yet it is noticeable by me, my friends, and family - do not understand that. I am over it already it. I knew this would happen when they took it back but due to convenience I let them try again. I never believed in dealers for mechanical work and this further justifies that feeling. Oil changes, batteries, tires, and brakes are the most I will ever let a dealer do. More
