Payton was wonderful and so helpful finding us the perfect car. He was accommodating and attentive throughout the entire process. They were willing to work with us to get a car within our budget! Unfortunately, once we bought the car, service has been subpar. The detailing that we paid for was extremely unsatisfactory to the point we had to return it for a second job. However, the second job was still not done well and we were left with dirty cup holders, air vents, crumbs and leftover food in many of the crevices, stains on the ceiling, and orange residue on the axles. Which I was told would be cleaned. I found a pencil in the door (along with a ton of dirt and grime) that is not ours. Clearly these spots were not even looked at. Once again, I had to bring this to their attention but management will not do anything about it because they are “in the red” with this purchase. It’s disappointing that we paid for this service, expected it to be done correctly, and now management will not stand behind the quality of work by their team. More

My experience with the dealership and the individuals who handled my sale and follow up were all great. What is not so great is the perpetual requests for surveys.
