I have been to this dealership numerous times and never any problems. This past time I brought my jeep in for having a stiff steering wheel. They kept my jeep for 4 days, I would call for an update and no any problems. This past time I brought my jeep in for having a stiff steering wheel. They kept my jeep for 4 days, I would call for an update and no answer or response. I had to drive to the dealer daily to get an actual update. Before I even brought my jeep in I told them what I thought was wrong because they were clueless and again they did not listen to me (as I am a girl) and told me the problem was it was low on steering wheel fluid. I told them to check that when I brought it in day 1!!!! I had to drive to Nashville the next day, the steering wheel went stiff again. They charged me $200 and did not solve anything. Then I asked another mechanic and he instantly told me the 18s and 19s had a steering wheel problem like this and gave me the tsb code… This dealership is a scam they do not work and they do not do their own research. I was also told because this is a saftey issue it should have been a free service. It was the steering wheel pump causing the issue. Thankfully after 30mins of xxxxxxxx them out they gave me a refund. I will never return to the dealer. There is one in Fort Myers More
