They had my Jeep for 7 weeks! Little to no communication. Told me my battery terminals need to be replaced at a cost of $500 before they could assess my Jeep. Gave man estimate of $9000 to fix issue oh have a warranty but it was declined no reason given - oh I paid extra for it hmmm… anyway. Had Jeep towed to a great shop that specializes in Jeeps. Same despairs estimates less than $2000 oh and same terminals still in battery. So… how did they assess it.?!?! Horrible horrible service. Complete scam only out for your money. Oh and I have emailed the GM twice with no response. Unacceptable customer service. I was forced to buy a service plan with Jeep in 2020 but can’t get an appointment for the services. All around awful awful dealership. I’m part of many Jeep groups in the area and all of them know my experience. You guys suck More
Brought my 2018 Grand Cherokee with 33k miles in for warranty repair on the 4wd transfer case & was told the only way to get it looked at sooner than 2 weeks out was to have some “maintenance” done so I warranty repair on the 4wd transfer case & was told the only way to get it looked at sooner than 2 weeks out was to have some “maintenance” done so I agreed to have the fluid changed in both differentials and transfer case (a 100k mile/ $700 service) to address the service light. When I got the car back I was told that they couldn’t fix the problem due to lack of part’s which would take several days to locate. Unfortunately I was headed out of town so was not able to leave the car for repair. Bottom line, the car is still broken and I paid for service I didn’t need. More
