I went to the Dealership to perhaps purchase a vehicle. I bought a 2014 Mazda Touring Vin JM3KE2DY2E0307402.. I knew it had over 125,200 miles on it but was well cared for and I knew it would be okay for me, considering I do not put even a 1,000 miles on a year and the price was reasonable , $13,thousand some . When John Vasquez the finance agent saw I was preapproved for $20,000. He then charged me almost $10,000 for "NAPLES ADVANTAGE", SUPPOSEDLY INCLUDED IN THE VEHICLE'S PRICE.. Unbeknownst to me he fraudulently added these charges for items included in price. So, with the $40000.00 downpayment this 2014 vehicle with over 125,000 miles on it is costing me $24,760 !!! An elderly woman living on Social Security !!! PLEASE, can you help me with this travesty??? I had faith in your Dealership obviously entering into this sale. But Alas ! John Vasquez destroyed this and I would never agreed to this had he let me read the add ons were being charged for! Which were included in price to begin with.
