Excellent Chrysler dealership, best sales person ever, he did everything right. I hate going to purchase a car. We were just going to look at the colors of the new jeeps. Next thing I new we were purchasing did everything right. I hate going to purchase a car. We were just going to look at the colors of the new jeeps. Next thing I new we were purchasing a new Jeep. After dealing with Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealers for the last 39 years, this is the most dysfunctional service center I have ever dealt with. I invested l$120K in GW from this dealer, which is suppose to be a l 39 years, this is the most dysfunctional service center I have ever dealt with. I invested l$120K in GW from this dealer, which is suppose to be a luxury vehicle, I might as well have brought a used Dodge Neon. Your service is joke, you can’t get in contact with anyone in service unless you have any assigned service adviser. If that person is out, good luck getting an answer. Messages left to your service call center never get answered. The 10 Wagoneer promises are joke. More

Great dealership, Service advisor Brian Marshall noticed that the dash was peeling up on my 2020 Ram Limited when I brought the vehicle for service . He gave the number for Customer Care after calling them that the dash was peeling up on my 2020 Ram Limited when I brought the vehicle for service . He gave the number for Customer Care after calling them they ordered a new dash cover and covered it under warranty even though the vehicle was over warranty for mileage. Great customer focus. More
