Asked for an oil change and my tires rotated and filled up. You guys ONLY did an oil change. Asked about my tires because they are losing tread and I haven't even put 30k miles on them. Was told that it wa up. You guys ONLY did an oil change. Asked about my tires because they are losing tread and I haven't even put 30k miles on them. Was told that it was "normal" and was immediately told I should get the same tires (which have a 50k mile warranty on) and was felt like I was being pushed to have it done. I pay for extended warranty on my car. Everytime except once (which was during the middle of covid) I've felt like I'm just a cash grab not a valued customer at all. Also you guys need to expand or move your garage around. Getting in and out of that area is a joke More

I was forced to wait over 3 weeks in order to get an appointment, only to be told that my part was not available, and that there was a 3-hour wait for an oil change. After getting my oil changed the nex appointment, only to be told that my part was not available, and that there was a 3-hour wait for an oil change. After getting my oil changed the next day, there was a major oil leak that I needed to have my car towed back to the dealership to fix because the oil cooler was cracked during the oil change. I then spent two more days getting the oil cooler fixed. Thankfully, the dealership handled the oil cooler problem and paid for the tow. I do not live locally to the dealership and had to spend multiple hours driving back and forth. More
