Beware - Wanted only an oil change under extended platinum warranty policy and instead was charged $255 for unnecessary preventative work performed. Complained at time of service but Finance Manager platinum warranty policy and instead was charged $255 for unnecessary preventative work performed. Complained at time of service but Finance Manager was unavailable. Contacted dealership multiple times by phone as follow up and left VM messages, but calls not returned. I deeply regret purchasing vehicle there and worse yet purchasing extended warranty which waives copay deductible if serviced at purchasing dealership. Previously, all work performed on my vehicle was covered by warranty but this time they got me good. More
