Needed service on my 2019 Jeep. Got waited on very quickly. Tech noted my battery needed to be checked on as well. Got a new battery, oil change, and tire rotation. The incompetence of domestic car dealers in SW Florida never ceases to amaze me. I submitted an online request through Naples Jeep/Ram on their website for a Wrangler Rubicon on 7/7. I entered my full nam never ceases to amaze me. I submitted an online request through Naples Jeep/Ram on their website for a Wrangler Rubicon on 7/7. I entered my full name. number and email. I never received a return email, call or any kind of acknowledgement from the dealership. On 7/I7, I filled out the online purchase form on their website for this same vehicle. This time I received an automated email from “E Shop, Jeep support”, telling me I would be getting contacted by the dealership. Almost a week later, no response of any kind. They have a “Talk to the GM” tab I could open and fill out to reach the GM directly on their website. I documented my experience with the dealership and sent that to the GM, Eric Schwendeman. Of course, 3 days later, no response. I guess the sales department in inept due to management. Looks like I will be staying in the German car family. Well done Naples Jeep, great business model! More
