I have been a customer/client of this dealership for at least 5 - 10 years with oil changes and other work and have been very pleased with the service. In particular yesterday I had a woman (sorry I did no least 5 - 10 years with oil changes and other work and have been very pleased with the service. In particular yesterday I had a woman (sorry I did not note her name) on the service side assist me with a couple of time sensitive issues and they were resolved!! I have bought/sold a couple of vehicles and the Salespeople have been great to work with. Although I do have an issue with the transferring of out of state plates, although a person I spoke with yesterday assured me that the process is underway and not to be concerned. I do believe him and we shall see in the next few weeks how that works out. Hopefully I don't have to take back a star. :-) Naples Dodge should display their service people on the website as well as Sales, Admin and Finance. More
