I went in today for a repair on my tire. I have fedelity insurance which covers it for free. It took them over 2 hours to put a patch on my tire... I go to leave and get halfway down the road and notice my insurance which covers it for free. It took them over 2 hours to put a patch on my tire... I go to leave and get halfway down the road and notice my tire pressure is still low... I go back and I drive it around to service again and they go to put regular air in my tire as I explained it clearly shows on the valve stem it's nitrogen only... they were all laughing at me for asking for the correct air which they should have already known! They go to put the correct air in at this time and don't know how to turn the machine on and my tire went all the way flat, ''0" PSI!!! MIND you it's not jacked up off the floor so it's touching my rim on the ground. They finally had someone come over to help them turn the machine on for them....I went inside to explain how upset I was to the service MAnager and he too was laughing at me and totally LIED to my face and said we have to completely take all air out to refill it it that's how we do it. Bottom line I guess when you go there make sure you ask for a REAL mechanic, not the ones that are still training without the dealership logo shirts!!! I am very disappointed that after spending 37,000 on a car from them just a week prior that their customer service would be that poor and rude. More
