Setup a 7am appointment and dropped the car off the evening before. At drop off, found out the appointment was just to check the car in and that they were so backed up that it would be two days before evening before. My husband and I have purchased many new cars over the years ! I cringe at the thought of going thru the deal process etc ! 5 years ago we worked with Tom Ashman, he is the best ! Al service advisor was very helpful but waiting 4 hours for a tire change was unacceptable, no appointment allowed, and no valve stem cap and didn’t put on the center emblem cap.
