I took my car in with a physical problem that something was dragging on the ground. I came in without an appointment explaining what happened over the weekend and the women hearing my story said they woul was dragging on the ground. I came in without an appointment explaining what happened over the weekend and the women hearing my story said they would look at it and showed me where I could wait and get something to drink. Shortly after I sat down I got a video of my car going on a lift to examine what was wrong. In less than a half hour I got a message to come to the desk. Laura surprised me saying the car was fixed and the charge was thirty something dollars including tax. The promptness of fixing my Chrysler and the surprisingly low repair bill were remarkable and so unlike some of the not so pleasant experiences I’ve had in my 50+ years driving my own car. I’ve told many of my friends here of my very positive experience. But best of all I had peace of mind that the repair and diagnostic review if my vehicle was thorough. I felt I had a safe vehicle to pick up my grandchildren the next morning two hours away before dawn and drive another two hours back home with them for a vacation week with grandma.Thanks Laura! More
