I was on vacation on a Saturday with a new diesel pickup truck that was showing the check engine light after I fueled up. It was still running fine just not starting like normal. I pulled into the dealershi truck that was showing the check engine light after I fueled up. It was still running fine just not starting like normal. I pulled into the dealership and they put it on the computer and it showed a code with multiple possibilities. I was able to bring it back in on Monday and get a rental to drive while they looked at it and later that afternoon was pleasantly surprised when I received an email letting me see that the truck had been checked out and found to need a computer update and was ready to be picked up when I wanted it. I really was really expecting to have problems in another town and another dealership. But I’m very well satisfied and highly recommend this one. More

I liked working with my service advisor but the service department at this dealership is a complete mess. The people up front are personable and committed but there is a complete disaster going on in the department at this dealership is a complete mess. The people up front are personable and committed but there is a complete disaster going on in the garage! I was told to arrive at 7 AM so they could, "get my car in early" to get the work done. I was there at 6:55 AM. I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance. I was told it would be a 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait. After sitting in the waiting area for almost 5 hours, I was offered a rental since they had not started to work on my Jeep. Nice of them to offer me the rental but my service visit ended up consuming my entire day! Stop taking appointments if you don't have the staff to complete the work in a timely manner! I understand there's a labor shortage, covid, etc but this is a management issue. It's okay to say we can't do the work for a couple weeks if you don't have the people to complete the work! I give this 3 stars instead of 1 since the work completed seems to be of high quality. More
