On April 22 2021, I purchased a 2007 Mercedes-Benz SL 550, with 43K miles, from the dealership. Jamie was my sales man, he was pleasant and helpful. I knew that there was no warranty on my car when we closed the deal. I asked about an extended warranty and that wasn't available either due to the year and make. Well sure enough, within 48 hours the retractable hardtop stopped working. My first call was to Jamie to see if the service dept could do anything to help me. No one even returned my call. I was left to find an independent shop to diagnose the issue. So, in final analysis, the sales people are nice but, on older model cars, the service after the sale was non-existent! Beware! More
