The best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle ever! I always hated the car buying process. Everyone we encountered was professional, pleasant and listened to our needs and wants, they were patience with us while we decided on the purchase and options. Tom & Bill were so knowledgable about the Jeeps, they literally saved the sale and had a ton of recommendations on how to alter what we disliked. (Ken Buckley Sales manager) Ken was great at breaking down all the fees and reviewing the counter offers with us, calmly and patiently. (John F. Edwards (aka Jack) Sales) Jack was a great salesman, not pushy, patient and if he didn't have an answer, he knew who to get for us. April Buckley in Financing Dept, April did an amazing job at going over all the financing terms and options and what was best suited for us. Everyone was very helpful! As you can see everyone was eager to help and answer any questions, even if it wasn't theie sale! That shows great team work & customer first hospitality. We are so thrilled with the deal we got on our trade for a new Jeep with Naples advantage package, extended warranty and so many other bonus's and dealer incentives! We are happy we shopped local! On April 22 2021, I purchased a 2007 Mercedes-Benz SL 550, with 43K miles, from the dealership. Jamie was my sales man, he was pleasant and helpful. Well sure enough, within 48 hours the retractable hardtop stopped working. My first call was to Jamie to see if the service dept could do anything to help me. No one even returned my call. I was left to find an independent shop to diagnose the issue. So, in final analysis, the sales people are nice but, on older model cars, the service after the sale was non-existent! Beware! More
