My visit to the Naples Jeep dealer was very pleasant. Tyrone Morgan immediately booked my car in and kept me posted on the progress of the repair. They did need to order a new part, it came in the next day. I returned the next day, Tyrone set up transportation fo take me home, it was going to be a several hour job. When the job was finished Tyrone and the porter delivered my car to my residence. All the people I dealt with , Tyrone, mechanic and porter were all very nice and attentive. This was my first experience with the service dept at the dealer. I can only say that the service was excellent!!! More

Skeptical of the recommendation as car buying is always a head-ache, I must say I am thoroughly impressed. I purchased a CPO RAM from Daniel, and it was the best car-buying experience I have had (my sixth vehicle in 10 years). I of course had to wheel and deal a little bit, but after a couple hours, the dealership exceeded my OTD expectations, thanks to Daniel going to bat for me with the Sales Manager. The stipulations of my purchase with regards to cosmetics being repaired were all met, above and beyond my expectations. I am very picky with vehicles and Daniel was able to handle all of my requests with (what seemed like) ease. Daniel was very professional, proficient, kind, and had a sense of humor which is a nice change from the typical pushy, dry salesman. I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to work with him. My mother was also in the market for a vehicle and the dealership made a deal with my parents as well, a 10 minute deal, again going above and beyond our expectations. Will refer all friends and family. For service, request that your vehicle be worked on by Kyle Hogg. He has done work on my Charger for years and never disappoints. He takes care of the vehicles and does excellent work. Daniel and Kyle are both great people and I will be a customer of theirs for life. More
