Terrible Customer Service ans Service Dept! Since changing ownership the customer service is terrible!! I still had one oil change left on my rewards card that I paid for in advance. They said they sent out a letter and email letting customers know this. That is a lie. Never received either. It took over two weeks and several phone calls and emails to try and even schedule an oil change and the service manager was rude and could care less whether she had my business or not. So after all the fighting to get the oil change,I ended up walking out that morning with out my vehicle being serviced!!! The email exchange afterwards was just as bad. The issue was never resolved and not even so much as an apology!! Never again!!!!!!!! Stay away at all costs!!!! More

After looking at the website I called Dave Landi (again)who put me in the good hands with Tyrone Morgan. Tyrone - highly professional -showed me several cars and when my son and I returned to the dealership Tyrone took us on 3-test drives and answered all of our questions. When it came time to close the deal, Tyrone, Steve Durst and Conrad (Finance) took very good care of us with a fair trade value for my sons car and excellent deal on the new used vehicle. Dave Landi stayed in touch too thoroughout the deal even though he left for vacation. Tyrone Morgan Ian't listed on the review page but I give him 5-stars too. Naples Dodge/ Ram’s team showed me again - they have the best customer service skills, practices and philosophy in the industry. Low pressure, high results and good deals. Thank you! More
One word DISHONEST I went in for a recall item, inspection and oil change. Poor reception area. Greeted on time but I believe that was sheer luck on my part. I brought i I went in for a recall item, inspection and oil change. Poor reception area. Greeted on time but I believe that was sheer luck on my part. I brought in a 3x5 postcard type coupon that they had sent me with an oil change discount but they did not honor it. I was told that they couldn't honor that coupon for $19.95 but that they could print me one from the dealer for $22.95 which I agreed to. When I paid my bill, they didn't have the coupon, I sat there for 3 hours at which time they could have told me they didn't have a coupon so if I wanted it would cost me the now $66.21 that I ended up paying for but the worst part is to come. I had asked them to perform a vehicle inspection with a report and estimates of what needed to be fixed, well their report gave my car an A+ all GREEN when I knew that wasn't true nor possible. I already knew from the previous inspection that all tires needed to be replaced and my rear brakes and right rear rotor needed to be changed. When I confronted the manager, she went outside to verify and came back with a modified report giving me a YELLOW color for the brakes and RED for the tires. Well this to me can only mean one of 2 things: Inspection wasn't performed or the report was pencil whipped. In either case now how can I be sure that the oil has been changed or anything else for that matter. I am just telling the truth here. If after reading this you want to take your chances with these people then all I did here was more waste of my time. It is very sad that this kind of thing has to happen for just a few bucks that won't make me or brake me but that can generate a bad review. More

The WORST ever customer service I have every come across These people can NEVER be reached, NEVER call back, NEVER keep promise. My father in law from the Netherlands borrowed my car to drive to Naples and These people can NEVER be reached, NEVER call back, NEVER keep promise. My father in law from the Netherlands borrowed my car to drive to Naples and the car broke down (overheating), he ended up at Naples dodge and that's when the nightmare started...it took them 8 weeks to repair the car and we even got it back 2 times and broke down again on the way back to Miami. In the meantime they promised a lot of things but they still owe my father in law a $200 insurance coverage for the rental car they gave him. It's now 3 months later and I'm still trying to get hold of Miss Boehmer who promised this to him. It is ABSOLUTELY INSANE! More
