Warranty Work on Jeep Grand Cherokee My Jeep has been in for work on it 3 times. The first time, it was not covered by the warranty. The second & third time it was and I want to thank R My Jeep has been in for work on it 3 times. The first time, it was not covered by the warranty. The second & third time it was and I want to thank Rudy Vargas for his hard work in getting my work covered. The work has been complicated and it took a few days to get it done. It wasn’t a problem though, because I was given a loaner car from Hertz each time. Rudy has always worked to get my Jeep repaired as quickly as possible. Whenever I call, he is friendly and accommodating! Always happy and smiling, it is a pleasure to work with him. I need to bring my Jeep in again to fix the mirror I broke and I am sure I will have another great experience with Rudy and everyone at the dealership. I love my Jeep! So happy I have it to pull my camper! Thank you for all you have done to keep me on the road! More

NO PROBLEM NOW WITH STARTING ,SHIFTING TRAN TROUBLE WAS BATTERY NOT GIVING ENOUGH VOLTAGE TO TRANSMISSION MODULE, BATTERY WAS REPLACED UNDER,WARRANTY.
