Horrible service- long waits Nothing but issues with this dealership. From scheduling, sometimes it takes 3 weeks+ to get in, to turnaround time for simple repairs. I have had several appointments for repairs that should take 2 hours run into days. 9/10 times, they haven't even touched the vehicle. Never again will I go to Naples Dodge.
