Bought a used 2023 Ram 1500 with 5300 miles took delivery in May of 2024. Radio issues freezing restarting back up camera frozen all other features are accessed through screen can’t be accessed. First I was in May of 2024. Radio issues freezing restarting back up camera frozen all other features are accessed through screen can’t be accessed. First I was told it was a software update a month later no update and we will order a new radio. Radio on order almost 4 months and it’s on intergalactic back order. Get the same runaround every time I stop in and ask about the parts. I believe the salesman knew about the radio issues and did not disclose the back ordered issues. I probably would not have bought the vehicle had I known the whole story. Now it’s dropped in service advisors lap and he has to come up with something when I stop by. I like the truck but I’m considering trading it off. International vehicle manufacturer and they can’t get parts. I’m just about done. More
