walked in not sure what I wanted, I was greeted by Paul Freeman one of the best salespeople I’ve been fortunate enough to do business with. I went to nearly a dozen dealerships, and was constantly getting calls and texts pushing me to me to schedule test drives, from different dealerships and their sales people. That was not the case with Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or Paul. Of course he followed up but was not pushy, and truly seemed like he cared more about finding the right vehicle for me. I finally had an idea of what I wanted, and Paul found it, but it was out of my price range (by a lot). I was disappointed but Paul told me he would see what he could do. With the sales manager’s help I ended up getting a much nicer car than I thought possible, I mean this car has everything!! A/C seats heads up display, and I’m getting nearly 48 miles per gallon, and still have the performance I wanted. Not to mention my credit isn’t the best, thanks to Angelo, he knocked some heads and found a bank that would work with me. This experience surpassed all previous ones I've had in purchasing a car. I highly recommend visiting Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and specifically asking for Paul Freeman. His dedication to customer satisfaction was clear, and I genuinely believe he was focused on my best interests rather than his commission. For anyone in the market for a vehicle, mentioning the “Brian Smith special” to Paul will undoubtedly lead to a decision you won’t regret! Thank you, Paul, for an amazing car-buying experience. More
