My brand new Wrangler broken down with less than 500 miles. That should never happen, but it did. It had to be towed and then it took several days to diagnose the problem. Once repairs were made the repair shop couldn’t return the car to me, but had to involve the sales team to deliver the jeep back to me. When you make an appointment, it means nothing. We've had our Jeep in here numerous times for the same issue and have picked it up running on gas fumes, completely filthy and the last time, it was parked out front wedged in between cars where we couldn't even get into it! It's a good thing there wasn't any damage on it! The techs we've dealt with have been nice as well as the Service Advisors but that's about it. More
