I have never had customer service like Vendela, Her attention to the customer and making sure things were addressed was superior. She worked to get the car completed in the projected time, she responde attention to the customer and making sure things were addressed was superior. I would have given a 5 star review except that I was kept waiting for an hour to receive my rental car while waiting for my 'recall' repairs to be preformed on my brand new 2023 1500 Ram truck... I would ex waiting for an hour to receive my rental car while waiting for my 'recall' repairs to be preformed on my brand new 2023 1500 Ram truck... I would expect that during a recall repair that I wouldn't have to wait at all as I made the appointment for the repairs at least 4 days before coming in. I bought a new vehicle so that my time would no longer be wasted on waiting for repairs. The service people were otherwise very polite and accommodating. They get a 5 star. However Chrysler should only get a 3 star on this repair situation. More
