Made an online appointment for 9:00am on Monday. Dropped it off Sunday night. Finally got a call around 3:00pm Monday that the truck was being checked in. Didn’t hear anything else on truck until Wednesday after paying for a rental car needlessly for 2 days before taking it back. (If you’re that busy, it is understandable just take your appointments offline.) Finally picked up truck on Thursday. Both issues are not fixed: truck still lunges forward under Stop/Start with brake pedal depressed (although) it is better and AC still pushes not nearly cold enough air. Naples Advantage package that was sold to me during purchase was not performed despite being requested. We’re from Fort Myers, bought the truck following Hurricane Ian down there. Other than getting my Naples Advantage package fulfilled gave me zero reason to go out of my way for service. More

Great experience from my advisor Brian (he's the best) to the courtesy ride. When I called and made appointment I told the lady to make sure they ordered the recall part. When I got there for my appointment they did not order the part as I requested which required me to come back make sure they ordered the recall part.
