Lots of service reps to talk to when you arrive at the service department. Courtesy shuttle is available to drop you off locally. Was not happy about website to schedule appointment. I reserved a time for an oil change, and when I arrived, I was told that they don’t make appointments for oil changes, it’s first come first served. It’s about an 1.75 hour (50-60 mins one way) round trip to your dealership. I went twice, which was a big waste of time for me. I probably will try to find another Chrysler dealership that can make appointments for oil changes. I did not see anything on website where oil changes are on first come first served basis More

6 hrs for an oil change and 80,000 miles service . Also a water pump replacement . I waited in waiting room for my jeep. The service Rep was very understanding and nice , she did her job .. got my jee Also a water pump replacement . I waited in waiting room for my jeep. The service Rep was very understanding and nice , she did her job .. got my jeep back and had to do a uturn back to dealership because i had engine light on and one other light on .. took another hour to trouble shoot what issue was ,something knocked loose during servicing , so 7 hrs spent at dealership. But on a positive note Jeep is running great !!! 2500.00 $ later . More
