I brought my keep Grande Cherokee in for service. I did $3500 worth of regular services that were needed. Picked my car up and that day my dash screen radio goes dead. I bring it back in and I’m cha I did $3500 worth of regular services that were needed. Picked my car up and that day my dash screen radio goes dead. I bring it back in and I’m charges $271 to be told it’s broke,,, really, we knew it was broke. Then I’m now having trouble getting the car to turn over constantly. I paid $1800 upfront for knee radio and dash monitor. When I brought it in you looked at why the car might not be turning over 100% of the time. You tell me both batteries need replaced. This is after you just told me the batteries were GOOD. You replaced the Automatic Start battery and I personally had the main battery checked myself to find out the battery does not need replaced but it is good, this battery is not even 6 months old. Now my check engine light is on again and when I went to use the automatic start feature last week it doesn’t work. Seems to me my car is having more problems since I let you do the initial $3500 with of services. I have an appointment to look at the check engine light Monday morning. More
